Vans My bag was peeled

I bought Vans brand backpack. In the front of the backpack, my bag was peeled, even though the Vans text written largely was just new. His appearance was not pleasant. I can't wear the bag anymore. Another problem was that I had the zipper in my hand while I opened the bag, I left the zipper slot in my hand.
