Even Vakko Now Sells Poor Quality Products

I bought a shawl from Vakko. However, even though I didn't use it very often and didn't wash it, the color faded. I asked the store I bought it from. They said they had never seen anything like this before and did not solve my problem. Will we not be able to trust Vakko anymore?
