Uğur schools do not refund a fee

I can't send my child to school because of my pande. Before the school started, I informed the school with a petition. They said that they would return the rest of a certain part of the fee we agreed to. However, they do not pay each time to be paid this week. It's been about 6 months and they still haven't paid.
