I bought a udemy course but it doesn't appear when I enter my courses.

I bought courses through Udemy. I have never been able to log in to the course since I bought it. It didn't seem to have such a course from the tab where my courses were located. As if I have never bought this course, he wants a fee again. I want a solution.
