Turkcell does not attract in the city center

I am a subscriber of Turkcell Superbox. However, I cannot use efficiently because it does not attract properly. I also use Turkcell line in my tefon, but it does not attract. I cannot use Turkcell properly in the city center. In the ads, Turkcell shows that it attracts everywhere, including deserted places. However, it does not attract in the city center.
