Turkish Airlines Customer Representatives Are Very Insufficient

I had to make many calls with Turkish Airlines customer service during the day. The reason I had to talk so much was because the customer representatives were untrained. Also, customer representatives do not respond. I keep waiting but the representative keeps me waiting. It is surprising that such a large company has untrained customer representatives.
