Trendyol Express Delivered My Cargo to Another Address

My Trendyol Express cargo was delivered to a different address without my knowledge. I called Trendyol Customer Services and asked how the cargo in my name could be delivered to a different address. What they told me was, "We will take care of it, we will resolve it as soon as possible, and you will be able to receive your cargo." A week has passed and they are still not interested in solving it. What a disgrace.
