tofisa doesn't know how to speak customer service

While I was purchasing a product with cash on delivery at Tofisa.com, the customer service representative told me that I could return or exchange it if there was any problem. When I wanted to return the product I bought because it was too small in size, I was told that "refunds are not possible for payments made at the door." When I contacted customer service to make an exchange, they were treated very rudely.
