I bought The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid Serum on Çiçeksepeti.com site. I used to use this serum to backed the serum was about to end. The product reached my hand and compared it with me, it had nothing to do with each other. They sent me a fake replica product. I was shocked, I was disappointed. I'm looking for customer service I can't reach anyone. I want this situation to be solved as soon as possible. As a joke, how do you really sell a fake product to the customer
