The Balm lipsticks dry and crack my lips.

The Balm liquid lipsticks do not perform well at all. It cracks my lips. When I apply the lipstick, it creates a dry appearance on my lips. And its permanence is not good, the lipstick starts to come off from the inside out, I can't eat or drink anything because of this.
