Teknosa Victimized by Trying to Sell Products Out of Stock

I was going to buy a mobile phone from Teknosa. They said they would give me a gift card in exchange for transferring my phone line to their line. I moved the line. In fact, my credit card was blocked for the amount of the discount. However, later they tried to sell another product, using the excuse that the phone I wanted was not in stock. Even though I accepted this situation and said that I canceled the line porting process, they tried to sell me the phone I did not want by threatening not to unblock the card. They still victimized me by not unblocking my card.
