Tatilbudur does not give my money back and does not make a call back

I bought a holiday package from Tatibdur. The money was debited from my card on the same day, my money was deducted from my account and the reservation was confirmed. They called me 5 days later and said there was a problem with my reservation, and they also said nonsense things. They said they would call back later but did not. Do I have a reservation? They have my money. I can't even cancel the reservation.
