I ordered a fur coat from trendyol stradivarius store. When the product arrived to me, it was damaged, worn and even used, but while I was examining the used product, a rubber buckle was found in my pocket. So, should I really be angry at those who use the products and then return them, or should I be angry at the company that sends the products in an uncontrolled way? Are you really kidding me?
