Sinbo Tea Machine is broken 2-3 times and did not repair

I bought a tea machine from Sinbo. After opening the box, the product was broken. We sent it to the service. It broke down again after 2 days. We had it repaired 1-2 more times and broke down. They did not accept change. It is very poor quality that it is so easy.
