My Siemens stove exploded and turned into ice.

I bought a built-in set from Siemens. My stove was a black glass grill stove. It's been exactly 4 months since I was cooking, the glass of my stove exploded, I was very scared, luckily we got over it cheaply. I am normally someone who uses my belongings cleanly and carefully. This is the first time I have encountered this situation. It was a big disappointment for me, and it hurt me to pay so much money.
