One of Remetta's Plates Broke, Nobody Helps

A serving plate of the dinner set was broken. I called Remetta porcelain. Thanks to customer service, they gave me the number of a gentleman and said that he could help me if I sent a photo via WhatsApp ®. I posted the photo. He was going to get back to me after looking, but even though I wrote a message, there was no response. However, we write our complaint here. The huge company couldn't handle one plate.
