I had an enforcement action from QNB Finansbank before. I completed the payment completely and received my no-debt certificate. 3 months later, I realized that a deduction was made from my salary. When I talked to accounting, QNB Finansbank told me that they were making a withdrawal for enforcement. I talked to the relevant unit. They apologized, etc., and stated that they would refund the amount immediately, but let's face it, that refund did not happen. The bank deducts someone else's debt from me and does not refund me. I want a solution, otherwise I will start a legal process.
