I have always used shoes to my wife from Prada, which is the brand we always use, and hits my wife's feet. When I took them to their stores, they didn't do anything in any way. After all, the product we pay and pay so much. An irresponsibility that I don't expect from Prada. I would either expect change or return, but unfortunately.
