Pronet Asks for Dismantling Fee Unfairly

I have been using this system for many years. However, since I did not want to use it anymore, I asked them to come, disassemble and take the system. At first, they asked me for a dismantling fee, even though there was no clause regarding the dismantling fee in the contract. They are definitely acting against the contract.
