I delivered a total of 9 carpets on 13.10.2018 for a roller washing. Carpets were brought at 22.10.2018 at 19:00. Although it comes late, there are problems due to insufficient washing in 4 of the carpets and the roller. Although I sent the photos to the company official, they reported that they had nothing to do with the search for their staff. In addition, the tags on the carpets have been stained because of the felted pencil they wrote. If I want to meet with the owner of the company, they said I had to call after 19:00 in the evening. It does not give invoices or receipts in return for the payment received in terms of finance. I am not satisfied with any service of the company's style, inadequate in its business, indifference and delivery.
