I purchased a product from Banggood.com. My money was withdrawn by PayU, but I was faced with the message that the payment was unsuccessful on the site and the transaction could not be completed. I have proof that money was deducted from my credit card. I want this situation to be resolved immediately. If the transaction failed and I couldn't buy the product, please give me my money back.
