Parkmoda does not refund money

He bought 2 pants worth 500 TL from Parkmoda site. I did not like one of the pants I returned. The product has reached their hands, I have not been refunded to me. I reached customer service via SMS. They said that the money will be refunded within 7 working days. It's been 2 weeks, there's still no money.
