A total of 230 TL was withdrawn from my mobile account via Paratika without my knowledge. I can't even find out why so much money is being withdrawn from my account. I cannot reach customer service and cannot get information. I can't find anyone to talk to. I want this problem to be solved immediately. I want my money back.
