Pamukkale Tourism takes the defective vehicle on the road

I bought a Balıkesir-Bursa ticket from Obilet on 19.11.2021. Normally, the reason why I preferred Pamukkale was its quality and punctuality. However, the bus station was 15 minutes late and we made two stops on the way. The reason is that the bus is faulty. They put the faulty vehicle on the road and no precautions are taken in this regard. The 2 hour journey turned into 3 hours. We were stuck on the bus for an hour, waiting for a mechanic. Due to the pandemic, we pay so much money to keep the duration of the bus journey as short as possible so that we can reach it faster. If I wanted to go in 3 hours, there are many bus companies. I would pay half of what I paid for this one and go again. I was ignoring 15 to 20 minute delays, but now this is too much.
