I bought Balıkesir-Bursa tickets from Obilet on 19.11.2021. Normally I preferred Pamukkale because it was quality and punctual. However, we made a pause twice on the road as it was delayed by 15 minutes to the bus station. The reason is that the bus is defective. The defective vehicle is both set out and no measures are taken in this regard. The 2 -hour road increased to 3 hours. We stuck on the bus for 1 hour and waited for a repairman. Due to the pandemi, we give the bus journey as short as possible to keep that much money to reach more quickly, if I want to go in 3 hours, there are a lot of bus companies. I would go again half of what I gave to one of them. I was ignoring 15 20 minutes of delays, but that's too much.
