I bought the Oscar brand cylinder gas 4-burner stove, which is under Simfer warranty, a month ago. Everything seems normal when using the 3 burners of our automatic gas safe stove, which I bought because Simfer is my choice. But when using one eye, gas leakage is evident in the stove. I called Çanakkale Ezine Service. They came and looked. During the investigation, they witnessed a gas explosion in the furnace. There was a crack or hole in a pipe inside. They haven't received the part yet for the past 15 days. They didn't call. Now we use the stove in such a dangerous way. We were confused about what to do. Were we disappointed in Simfer?
