We applied to madiamakt because we suddenly stopped hearing sound from the left earphone of the oppo headset we bought from Mediamark in November. According to the message received from oppo today, they replied that it was a user error and offered repairs by asking for more than the value we received at that time. I do not recommend any product from Oppo brand. There is no guarantee either. No interest, no interest. Even though all kinds of assurances are given when selling, they say it's user error and get out of the business.
