The employees of the Opet branch in Bolu Highway Shopping Mall, which is located before the Bolu tunnel on the Opet Ankara-Istanbul highway, are very bad. Although I waited for minutes, no official came to fill the gasoline. The last few times I warned the horn and only they came at that time. When I came to deliver the receipt after the payment, I waited again for minutes. In addition, the toilets were not clean.
