Indifference and Incompetence of Opet Employees

The employees of the Opet branch in Bolu Highway AVM, located on the Opet Ankara-Istanbul highway before the Bolu Tunnel, are very bad. Even though I waited for minutes, no attendant came to refuel. Finally, I honked my horn a few times to warn them, and only then did they come. After making the payment, when I came to deliver the receipt, I waited for minutes again. Also, the toilets were not clean.
