I bought a custom-made dress from Nurtuba. It was said that it would be delivered within 1 month, but after 1 month, I still was not given shipping information. I tried for a full week to reach her, either she was busy or the person who answered said that my cargo was being prepared. I wrote on WhatsApp® and was told that it had been shipped after 1 week. But no tracking information was given. Finally, I called from morning to evening for 2 days and when I said I would complain to you, it was shipped immediately that day and I received it the next day. After trying for 1 month to 3 weeks, I could only receive my cargo. If I had not complained or anything, my cargo would still not have arrived.
