No Nissan Spare Parts, they do not give a substitution vehicle

I took my vehicle to the service. They said I had to wait 2 weeks because there was no spare parts. This is definitely not acceptable. They did not provide a substitution. The approach to the problem in this way made me seriously disappointed.
