I made a shipment 4 times, 1 of them was very good, the others were not taken care of at all. What a shame. I wrote good comments when the shipment was made and I will not send it in the shipment. Today, I delivered the parcel to the warehouse myself and called the customer representative 3 times to say that the shipment would be made, but no one paid attention.
