I have been a Monster Notebook user for a long time. I am happy with my computer, but my keys have started to peel off. I don't understand why. I also use my computer cleanly. This made me very sad. I requested a button to be sent, but customer service said they couldn't help because it was out of stock and they would help me when it was in stock. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received a call back. This makes me sad. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as possible.
