I recently bought a Manche brand watch for my wife. While my wife was wearing the watch, the watch's hand broke. When I bought the watch, they told me there would be an exchange. We went to the store and they said they couldn't exchange it and there were no returns. There was only an hour left, so we had to have it repaired, and I lost 150 TL of money.
