On July 1, I bought the eyebrow pencil that I had been buying for years from Aktılı Mac Kozmetik store and started using it since I had it in stock, but since the elevator of the pencil was broken, the tip inside was constantly coming out or falling back completely. After a few uses, the entire nib came out and broke. Naturally, I couldn't use the pen I paid for. When I called Mac, no one called, even though they told me the store would call back!
