Mado Employees Do Not Wear Their Masks Properly

One of the employees at Mado sticks out his nose while wearing his mask. We also ordered the product and were told it was not available. Employees give different and incomprehensible answers as to why the product is not available. The service is very bad. I would be happy if it is fixed.
