Lipton Teas Have No Color or Taste

We bought a large package of Earl gray bergamot tea. Normally, we would buy this tea because we liked its taste. However, this time the tea in the package we bought had almost no taste or color. I bought another new bundle. However, this one had no flavor or color whatsoever. I won't be buying again until Lipton gets its act together.
