Level Logistics Germany Fair Problems!

The process, which should have taken 10-15 days upon return from the Germany Fair, took 27 days. When our machines arrived, they were completely damaged. We could not find anyone to contact during machine loading at the Germany fair. We went truck by truck around the big fair, looking for our machine's truck. There is a difference of 1300 euros between the proposal form they submitted and the invoice that follows. Working with Level Logistics is a complete disappointment.
