The screen of my lenovo computer is cracked

I bought a Lenovo Yoga computer. It's been about 3 months since I've had it. The model I bought was a computer with a touch screen feature that could rotate 360 degrees. When I lifted the screen to use the computer, the screen suddenly cracked. I went to the technical service and they said it was user-related and demanded 700 TL for the screen replacement. It's definitely not my fault, I just removed the screen to use it, as it should be, I think it's caused by the laptop. I explain my problem many times and I am not helped in any way. I was not satisfied at all, it is a really bad company and I would not recommend it to anyone.
