Tire Exchange Disappeared, Communication Cannot Be Established!

I placed an order from the Tire Exchange website. The next day, the customer representative called and told that the product could not be supplied and therefore the collected payment could be transferred to another product or refunded.
I also requested a refund. The refund, which will be paid to my credit card within 3 business days at the latest, has still not been issued as of today.
