Koton Does Not Accept to Make Changes

My friend and I bought a sweater from Koton. When we bought it, they asked for our phone number. They said the phone number works when making an exchange. Later, when the product was too small, I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. They refused to exchange it because I lost my receipt. However, we had already registered with the phone number for the change. If they had told me not to lose your receipt in the first place, I would have kept it too.
