My order did not arrive, we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and even though I called 3 times, I was told it was on the way. The last time I called, I was told I wanted a cancellation and casually I was told okay, you know, it was on the way, I would have it for 2 minutes, this is total irresponsibility. The harsh situation in Rize/center
