No maintenance or renovations have been done to avoid any out-of-pocket costs to the hotel. Even though we made a reservation in advance, the rooms were not cleaned, there was a strong smell of toilets and drains and you felt nauseous. There is dust everywhere. Air conditioning literally produces germs. The breakfast is very inadequate and not clean. The "service" is zero as the hotel does not employ professional staff other than the family in order to avoid out-of-pocket costs. At the beach, hotel guests are treated literally as second class compared to customers who come from outside and rent sunbeds. Although there are many empty sun loungers in the front two rows for hotel customers, sun loungers at the back of the beach are allocated except for these two rows, and the front two rows are rented at an expensive price to people who are not hotel customers. When you rebel and oppose this situation, the hotel owners attack you and kick you out of the hotel.
