I am a cable net user, the internet has not been working properly for 2 weeks, it keeps cutting off. I am an engineer, I cannot do my job without the internet, the pages open very late, or we can even say that it does not open. Please determine the cause of the malfunction and resolve this malfunction as soon as possible. I constantly contact customer service and they get a call back saying it has been fixed, but nothing has changed and I can't log in anywhere.
