James Donkey left ear sound decreased

The sound started to be low from the left earphone. I am using James Donkey 710 and suddenly the sound on the left side of the earphone decreased. First I tried the cables to see if it would be fixed, I took it out and plugged it in, it was fixed, then it went back immediately, the sound is very low.
