We made an agreement with a company called Istanbul Umut Transport for July 10th, they said the vehicle had an accident but it did not arrive, we were promised the next day for another vehicle, they said it had a malfunction and it did not arrive. We were victimized for two days in a row and the 300 TL money requested for insurance fee was not sent even though they repeatedly said they would refund it. They left us no choice but to go to the prosecutor's office.
