I bought the product from Nevşehir Nissara AVM İkiler store. On my second use, there was pilling on the product. I gave it to the store for inspection. However, it was returned from the headquarters as a user error. What a service this is! What could I have done to cause pilling on the product? You have bad quality. I urgently want to return the product.
