Igor snow boots are cold and waterproof

I bought Igor brand snow boots for my nephew for a snow holiday. During the snow holiday, my nephew's feet got cold and it was obvious that they hurt because of the cold. His fingers were crying and he was saying that his feet hurt. The snow boots were seriously cold and my nephew's socks were soaked. We haven't put the boots on yet and we weren't happy with them at all. I do not recommend it to anyone
