IDO misleads perception

I bought a car ticket (1+4) between Bursa and Yenikapı by paying 199 TL. While passing through the ticket office, I was told that I had to buy separate tickets for the passengers in the car. I paid an additional 171 TL. I think IDO made a misperception. I request the refund of my 171 TL
