Hepsijet has not delivered my package for 15 days.

I called Hepsijet company for return shipment on 15/10/2019. They came to collect the product for return 6 days later and received the product from me on 21/10/2019. As of now, the product could not be delivered. Is it so difficult to deliver products from one place to another in Istanbul? I wish you were like a jet like your name.
