all of them haven't delivered my package package for 15 days

I called on 15/10/2019 for refunding to all of them. They came to buy the product after 6 days for the return on 21/10/2019 and received the product from me. The product could not be delivered as of the moment. Is it very hard to take a product from one place to another place in isabul like your name like a jet.
