My GUESS brand bag had faded its colors in just 5 months, I sent it to the place where I bought it with the invoice, it was informed that it would be examined and information would be given, they returned 10 days later due to user error, 14 months have passed and I have used the bag 16 times in total, the final state of the bag is not usable anymore.
