We became members of Fuzul Ev. Then we gave up and called the customer representative to get a refund of the money we paid. The customer representative kept us busy. Afterwards, they do not refund the 1750 TL we paid, under the excuse that we entered the lottery. Then they tried to put all the responsibility on us. I will fight for my rights until the end.
